Refund & Returns Policy

At Office Basics Direct, we supply office and janitorial products to businesses across the United States.

Returns
Due to the nature of commercial supplies, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged items upon delivery
  
  

• Incorrect items received
  
  

All return requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once a return request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.
